RETURN TO YOURSELF: A WOMEN’S RETREAT
Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in this intimate four day, three night retreat into Yellowstone’s backcountry
…
Created for women and with the option to extend an additional night.
Wilderness Trails Outfitters has been guiding guests into the heart of the Yellowstone backcountry for decades. Based along the quiet meadows of Sheffield Creek, their camps are surrounded by pristine forests, mountain ridges, and wide-open skies. Guests stay in comfortable wall tents equipped for both rest and gathering, with hearty meals prepared fresh each day. The guides and horsemen are seasoned professionals who know the terrain intimately, ensuring not only safety on the trail but also a deep connection to the land and horses that make this journey possible.
Itinerary
AUGUST 13-16, 2026
Our journey begins at base camp, where we’ll gather around the fire to set intentions and ground into the experience. At first light, we’ll ride by horseback through breathtaking wilderness to a secluded hot springs, our home for the following two nights of deep rest and renewal.
Throughout our time together, you’ll be supported by two licensed clinicians who will offer opportunities for individual guidance alongside small group experiences. While the practices we’ll draw from are diverse and holistic, they are united by one goal: helping you return home to yourself with clarity, calm, and strength.
What you can expect to walk away with:
• A nervous system reset that leaves you feeling grounded and deeply rested.
• Tools to calm inner overwhelm and reconnect with your natural sense of ease.
• Renewed clarity on what truly matters to you, and the next steps that align with it.
• A stronger connection to your inner resilience, so you can meet life’s demands without losing yourself.
• The gift of sisterhood—sharing this experience with a small circle of women who will walk beside you in growth.
This retreat is intentionally small (5–6 participants) to ensure a deeply personal and supported experience. Whether around the fire, on the trail, or in the quiet of the hot springs, this is a space to breathe, release, and rise into the life you’re ready to create.
