Bedroll & Breakfast
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your stay, you will not be charged the remaining balance, but your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days prior to your stay and is non-refundable once processed.
Retreat & Hunting Camp
Wilderness Trails Inc. requires a 1/3 deposit for hunts and pack trips.
The remaining balance will automatically be charged to the card on file 30 days before pack trips and hunts. Please contact us if you would like to use a different payment method.
Deposit is 80% refundable until 60 days before trip start time.
Deposit is nonrefundable less than 60 days before the trip start date.
**For all reservations we recommend travel insurance!
