Bedroll & Breakfast
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your stay, you will not be charged the remaining balance, but your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days prior to your stay and is also non-refundable.
Trail Rides

The deposit schedule can be found in your confirmation email, each increment is non refundable and non-transferable
